SCREAMIN’ STEEN 7/23

RAGIN’ RALPH’S PICK OF THE WEEK – Kaijudo!

New collectible card game from Wizards of the Coast. It’s basically Magic Jr.

‘Saboteur’ is back. It kind of comes and goes, so I thought I would let you know that I’ve got a bit of a pile in, now. * ‘Chupacabra: Survive the Night’—kind of a silly title for cool little dump-and-grab-the-dice. It all happens in a flash, but the value of the dice change depending on what you’ve grabbed before, and what the other players are grabbing at that moment. It’s a nice combo of dexterity and wit. * Oh, and a pile of YGO ‘Epic Dawn’ spilled out of the sky into my lap. Get ‘um while they last.

Got our usual butt-load of new Pathfinder goodies from Paizo; check out the single-edition of ‘Rise of the Runelords’. * ‘Descent’, new edition, is back, and I picked up a copy of the rail game, ‘1853 India’, for one of our new employees. He’s a real rail buff, and swears this one is winner. * Oh, and check it out—really—‘Kingdom Builder’, the latest by Donald X, the designer of Dominion, and his second Spiel des Jahres winner.
