Are you looking for a place to hold your RPG sessions? Does your geek-centric campus club need space for weekly meetings? Do your kids just want to get together with their friends and play games? We can host your game!
In addition to hosting scheduled events every day, we also have space for drop in gamers and private events for groups of all sized.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Email our Event Coordinator, Sam at [email protected] with the details of the event you’re interested in hosting. Please indicate the time, duration, number of attendees, special requirements, and any other relevant information in your email. We'll be in touch soon about whether we can fit your request into our event schedule.
We can provide tables, chairs, and tablecloths in an arrangement that suits your needs. At the current time, we do not allow food in our event rooms. Non-alcoholic beverages are fine, as long as you kindly put your mask back on after you take a drink.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Private events are normally $5/person but we can offer a group rate for reservations made at least a week in advance. Group rates depend on the event space you are reserving. Lower rates can be offered for standing and regular reservations.
Full Event Space Reservation
You can also reserve our full event space for larger private events including birthdays, celebrations, exclusive gaming meetups, and why not, even weddings! Please contact our Event Coordinator well in advance of your proposed event for an estimated cost.
Full event space reservations must adhere to our stated health and safety policies including food consumption, mask usage, and proof of vaccination.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES—Updated 2/10/2022
Games of Berkeley currently requires all event participants to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19— that's 2 Pfizer or Moderna shots, or 1 Johnson & Johnson shot, at least two weeks prior to the event. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination when you arrive at the store; a photo of your vaccine card is fine. All patrons must wear a mask inside the store at all times.
We currently have a 36-person capacity total in our back event space, and an 8-person capacity in each of the side gaming rooms. If we are at capacity, we will unfortunately not be able to admit more event participants for event taking place in that room.
We currently require all event participants to wear N95, KN95, or KF94 masks while in the store. If you do not have one, we have a supply available in the event room for you to use.
