Event Description: Trazyn the Infinite has unfrozen all of the kill teams in his grand gallery and is making them fight for his amusement in a fantastical shifting battleground of his own creation. The winning team will receive the honor of a more prominent placement in his gallery once everyone is refrozen and placed back in their display cabinets.
The Kill Team Narrative Event is a fun narrative kill team tournament using the new Kill Team narrative rules from the new edition of Kill Team. This event will feature the beautiful Killzone: Battleground terrain.
Kill Team Narrative is a massive multi-part narrative spec ops campaign across multiple events run by Kill Team Stream. Your units can level up and receive special equipment and that experience will carry over to the next narrative event. Prizes will also be given out for the top 3 players in terms of points, as well as a special equipment for the teams with the best narrative, and best base of operations.
Event will be using the Spec Ops rules from the Kill Team Core Manual.
Terrain layouts will be determined by players before each game.
Create a Spec Ops Dataslate and Datacards as described in the Kill Team Core Manual
Attendees are expected to bring their Kill Team, three barricades, dice, measuring gauges or a tape measure, all relevant rules publications, and a copy of their narrative Dataslate and Datacards. It is recommended that you also bring a set of Tac Ops cards.
All units from the Kill Team Compendium, White Dwarf, Kill Team: Octarius, Kill Team: Chalnath, Kill Team: Nachmund, and Kill Team: Moroch may be used.
Players should bring their own dice, game tokens, printed copies of their army rules, and are encouraged to bring an N95 mask, and a dice tray if possible to minimize physical transmission of illness. Players also must bring a copy of their vaccination record for entry into the event.
Terrain will be provided, you do NOT need to bring a game board or terrain.
Players should bring a Hi-Lighter and a Pen/Pencil.
Registration in advance is highly encouraged as there may not be seats available for drop-ins on the day of the event. Plan to arrive at the store at noon. Please note that we open at noon that day and will begin check-in as soon as those doors open up.
Games of Berkeley currently requires all event participants to be vaccinated; please be prepared to show proof of vaccination when you arrive at the store.
