Below is our calendar of scheduled events taking place at the store. For more information on individual events, like as how to register, what you need to bring, and other important details, navigate to and click the event listing on the calendar. Please be sure to review the details for all events before attending.

SCHEDULED EVENTS

We host regular and special events for a number of games and gaming genres including but totally not limited to Magic: The Gathering; Warhammer; Dungeons & Dragons and other Roleplaying Games; Pokemon Trading Card Game; Digimon Card Game; Hobby & Painting; Miniature Wargames; BattleTech; and much more.

RESERVING SPACE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS

Tables in our main event room as well as our three private game rooms are also available for private reservations of many kinds, including board game meetups, roleplaying games, and drop in gaming of many kinds.

Please note, that at the moment we are unable to accommodate private reservations for our entire event space.

Email our event coordinator with the details of your reservation including date(s), start & end time(s), number of participants, and any other special accommodations for your reservation at [email protected]. Please consult our posted event calendar first! We are unable to accommodate private events when other scheduled or private events are using the event space.

DISCORD

Join the communities of gamers that make Games of Berkeley wonderful! Our Discord Server is a meeting space for gamers to talk about games, organize meetups, ask questions to staff, and get updates about important store announcements.

EVENT POLICIES

Preregistration

Many of our events have limited seating capacity. These events will usually have preregistration available via tickets on our website several weeks in advance. Click here for preregistration for Roleplaying Games and click here for preregistration for special events like TCG tournaments.

Otherwise, all events are register-at-the-door. Whether you have preregistered for an event or are dropping-in, please check-in at the front registers on your way in.

If you are registering for someone other than yourself, or are registering for multiple people, please include the names of all participants in the comments section at checkout.

Refunds

Email us to request a refund on any event ticket. Please include your full name and order number (ORDXXXXX) from the confirmation email you received. Requests must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the start time of the event. All event tickets will be refunded in the form of Store Credit.

No-Shows

If you fail to show up for an event, you are not entitled to any event product, prize, or promotion that was not included in the event ticket.

Food & Drink

At the moment, we do not allow food in our event space except small snacks. Non-alcoholic drinks are allowed, but please wear your face-covering fully over your nose and mouth when not actively drinking.
